ABA is a science-based approach that focuses on understanding and improving behavior. That includes communication skills, daily routines, emotional regulation, and social interaction. ABA uses positive reinforcement and data to help individuals reach meaningful goals.

✅ Not true. Ethical ABA supports autonomy and quality of life—not masking or conformity.

❌ ABA uses punishment.
✅ Modern ABA emphasizes positive reinforcement. We do not use aversives or coercion.

❌ ABA is only for young children.
✅ ABA can support people of all ages—from toddlers to teens to adults.
